AN ORDINANCE VACTING THAT PORTION OF ASPEN STREET LYING
NORTHERLY OF THE NORTH EDGE OF HALLAM STREET IN THE CITY
AND TOWNSITE OF ASPEN, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F ASPEN:
That all that portion of Aspen Street lying Northerly of the North
boundary of Hallam Street in the City and Township of Aspen, Colorado,
should be and it hereby is vacated.

weekly newspaper of general circulation published at the City of Aspen,
Colorado, in its issue of October 1st, 1953, and was finally passed,
adopted and approved at the regular meeting of said City Council held on
