AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE SALE OR DISTRIBUTION OF FER-
MENTED MALT BEVERAGES CONTAINING NOT MORE THAN 3.2%
ALCOHOL BY WEIGHT AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES FOR THE
ENFORCEMENT THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN,
COLORADO:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partner-
ship, corporation or association, to sell or distribute any fermented malt
beverage containing not more than 3.7% alcohol by weight to or for any
person under the age of 71 years.
Section 2. Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or
association violating this ordinance, upon conviction thereof, shall be
fined not less than $50. 00 nor more than $300.00.
