HomeMy WebLinkAboutordinance.council.010-54 ORDINANCE NO. 10 (Series of 1954) AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PART OF DURANT STREET IN THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN: Section 1. VACATION OF STREET. That all that part of Durant Street in the City of Aspen lying easterly of a line commencing at a point five feet East of the West corner of Lot Q, Block 37, East Aspen Addi- tion, and thence running directly across Durant Street shall be and the same hereby is vacated. Section 2. RESERVATIONS.
