Pursuant to Sec. 9.12(d) of the Home Rule Charter of the
City of Aspen and upon request of the City Manager, the excess
appropriated land acquisition budget of $38,361 is hereby
transferred within the land fund as follows:
Debt Service - 1972 Sales Tax Revenue Bonds
Debt Service - 1973 Sales Tax Revenue Bonds
Triangle Park improvements
