RESOLUTION
No. 13
Series of 1968
WHEREAS, the City of Aspen has heretofore
permanently dedicated for park and recreational
purposes certain property in Pitkin County, Colorado,
naming said park "Neal Avenue Park";
AND WHEREAS, the City of Aspen in honor of
Jo~n Herron~ and in respect and appreciation for his
devotion and dedication to the development and growth
of our community, desires to re-name said park "John
Herron Park";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Neal Avenue
Park be re-named "John Herron Park"°
Dated this 1st day of July, 1968.

of the City of Aspen, Colorado, do hereby certify that
the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the Reso-
lution adopted ~y th~Aspen City Council at a regular
