ZONING: AH/PUD (Affordable Housing/PUD) LAND USE The Applicant is requesting approval of a PUD amendment to the I~QUESTS: Snyder Park Affordable Housing PUD pursuant to the procedures established in Land Use Code Section 26.445.100(B),Amendment of PUD development order.' STAFF Staff recommends that City Council continue revie~v of this RECOMMENDATION: application to October llth. PLANNING AND The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended by a four tO 'zero ZONING COMMISSION vote that the City Council approve with conditions, a PUD RECOMMENDATION: amendment jo allow for the unfinished basements at Snyder Park to be finished. STAFF COMMENTS: / Due to the other significant agenda items scheduled to be reviewed at the September 26th meeting, Staff would recommend that the review of this application be continued to October 1 ltl~. The Applicants have agreed to a continuation of the review until October 11~. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that City Council continue review of the Snyder Park PUD amendment to October llth.
