EXIST~G ZONING: Park ~ith a Specially Planned Area (SPA) Overlay. LAND USE SPA Amendment and Amendment to existing GMQS Exemption ~QUESTS: for an Essential Public Facili~. STAFF Staff recommends that CiW Council continue the review of this RECOMMENDATION: project to October 11m. PLANN~G AND The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that Ci~ ZON~G COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Council approve the proposed requests by a vote of six to zero. STAFF COMMENTS: Due to the other significant agenda items scheduled to be reviewed at the September 26th meeting, Staff would recommend that the review of this application be continued to October 11th. The Applicants have agreed to a continuation of the review until October I 1 ti,. P52 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that City Council continue review of the Iselin Park SPA amendment and GMQS review for an essential public facility to October llth.
