AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF
ASPEN, COLORADO, DATED MARCH 6, 1967, TO PROVIDE ZONING
FOR THE AREA ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, BY
ORDINANCE NO. 2, SERIES OF 1972.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1.
The area annexed to the City of Aspen, Colorado,
by Ordinance No. 2, Series of 1972, is described as follows:
West Aspen Subdivision Filing #3, Lot #3,
County of Pitkin, State of Colorado,
is hereby zoned as R-15.
Section 2.
The boundaries of the Zoning District May of the
City of Aspen, Colorado, dated March 6, 1967, is hereby
amended to include the annexed area as hereinabove described
according to the zoning provided herein.
Section 3.
A public hearing on the Ordinance shall be held
on 9~w~ /~, /? ~;z~ , at ,~o P.M. in the City
Counci~ambers, City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
