City Attorney Taddune submitted Resolution ~38-A, Series of 1982, and told Council this resolution is in very general language and sets forth an additional purpose for the special election on February 15, 1983, in addition to the question on Rubey Park. Taddune told Council he has not yet seen the proposed ordinance. Councilman Knecht moved to approved Resolution ~38-A, Series of 1982; seconded by Council- man Parry. Mayor Edel said he hoped the committee has thought this through, even under pressure of time, and not come up with something for the voters that may be defeated because of a lack of information. Tom Blake told Council they have a lot of information and a proposed ordinance that they are trying to refine with everyone involved. All in favor, motion carried. Councilman Parry moved to adjourn at 5:10 p.m.; seconded by Councilman Knecht. Ail in favor, motion carried. K~h~ryn S. Koch, City Clerk
