Mayor Stirling called the meeting to order at 5:09 p.m. with Councilmembers Walls, Blomquist
Collins and Knecht present.
Councilman Knecht moved to adopt Ordinance #63, Series of 1983, on second reading; seconded
by Councilman Collins. Roll call vose; Councilmembers Blomquist, aye; Collins, aye;
Knecht, aye; Walls, aye; Mayor Stirling, aye. Motion carried.
Councilwoman Walls moved to adjourn at 5:10 p.m.; seconded by Councilman Collins. All in
favor, motion carried.
