Community Development Department's Comments on Draft
Plat
Please make the following changes to the draft plat:
1. Amend title to read as follows: "First Amended Plat of Lot 9, Maroon
Creek Club SubdivisionlPUD".
2. Include Vicinity Map.
3. Indicate on Plat the amount of area being removed from the building
envelope and the amount of area being added to the building envelope
so that we may verify that the amount being removed is at least equal \
to the amount being added.
4. Label existing building envelope as "original building envelope" and i
label proposed envelope as "amended building envelope". "-
5. Obtain all signatures with the exception of the City Community
Development Director, Community Development Engineer, and the
Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder prior to submitting two (2) mylar
copies to the Community Development Department for recording. A
recording fee payable to the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder is due
at the time of plat submittal.

1. Draft (paper) Amended Plat, for Lot 9, Maroon Creek Club, prepared by Ken
Wilson at Schmueser Gordon Meyer showing the envelope modifications.
2. Three diagrams showing the changes to the building envelope prepared by
Davis Partnership Architects.
3. A letter from the Site and Architectural Review Committee approving the
changes to the envelope.
4. A check in the amount of $500.00 payable to the City of Aspen, as a deposit
for the review fee.
