Re: Park Place Condominium Map Amendment- Community
Development Department's Comments
Please make the following modifications to the proposed plat:
1. Include a vicinity map.
2. Include signature block for the title company,
3. Label the limited common elements for each unit.
4. In the purpose statement ofthe map, please cite the recording
information for the plat that is being corrected.
5. Obtain all signatures with the exception of the City Community
Development Director, Community Development Engineer, and
Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder prior to submitting two (2) mylar
copies to the Community Development Department. A recording fee
of$ll is due upon submittal of the mylars.
