APPLICANT lIndcrslamls and agrees that City of Aspen Ordinance No. 57 (Serles of 2000) eSlabli.,he. a fee structure [or Land Use applications and the paynlent of all processing fees is a cOlldirion precedem to a determination of application completeness. 3, APPLICANT and CITY agree tbat.because of the size, nature or scope of tbe proposed project, it is not possible at tbis time to ascertain the full oxtent of the costs involved in processing the application.
