Obtain all signatures with the exception of the City Community Development Director, Community Development Engineer, and Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder prior to submitting two (2) mylar copies to the Community Development Department. A recording fee of$ll (payable to Pitkin County Clerk and Recorders) is due upon submittal of the mylars. 4. Per our discussion, I have listed the items needed to complete the fiual design review process.
