Aspen, Colorado Special ~eeting City Council and Zoning Commission-Feb. 13, 1982.
The~City Council met with the Planning and Zoning Commission at 7:30 PM.
Present were Mayor Garfish, Councilmen Beyer, Moore and Newell, City Administrator
Humphrey, City Attorney Stewart, City Building inspector Markalunas, Herbert Bayer, Meeting with
and Jack Walls. Planning

Discussed - street planning maps.
State Highway 82.
Pledge of $5000.00 for lon% range planning if this can be met by
contribution from City and County.
Street gFades and planning.
Need for annexation
Proposed amendments to Zoning Ordinance covering architectural
design and signs - to be revised and_again presented to Council.
Mayor Garfish polled Council on long ran8~.- planning, and the Councilman in-
dicated that they favored planning. No action taken.
Jim Mar~lunas showed photos of unsanitary conditions in alleys and he said'
notices to clean up had been served.
The meeting was adjourned at ll:40PM upon motion by Moore seconded by Newell.
