Mayor Pabst called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM with Councilmen Barnard
and Kuster, and Gity Administrator Kerrigan p~esent. Councilm~n McEachern and
Stapleton were present.
Improvement Discussed with Mr. Holder - proposed 40 foot width for Center Street- and pa~t
District No. 2 of B~leeker St. ~- - petitions to be circulated.
- Cost per front foot (estimated) -$432 per foot for
26' streets and $6.82 for 40 foot streets.
Attorney for the Humble Oil suit- Mr. Kerrigan said he had contacted
Roger Hansen, who had recemmended law fiz~ns with zoning experience.
Discussed- that Council is interested in Zarlengo, Zarlengo and Scary, but
Attorneys they have not been engaged. Intez,ziews were suggested, and other firms were
Humble suit mentioned, also that Attorney Balcomb had recommended Zarlen~o.
Mr. Kerrigan to check to determine if Attorney Balcomb has done the pre-
liminary filing .
Discussed - Council authorization for expenditures on Improvement District
No. 2, to be referred at ~ext regular meeting.
