Meeting
The following met at 5:30 P. M~
City Council Mayor Pabst and Councilman McEachern Long Range
Plan
County Commissioners - none
City Planning Commission - Chairman Jack Walls, King Woodward, Richard
Francis Whitaker.
County Planning Commission - Sam Caudill, Fritz Benedict - Wendy Morse.
Assistant Building Inspector McCord.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Jack Walls - the purpose of the
meeting being to review rough draft of contract and scope ofservices of the plan-
ning consultant, and to determine cost depending upon brochure chosen.
The following printed reports were discussed:
1. Black and White - $4,050.00
2. One map in full color and 2-colors on all maps, $7,650.00
3. All maps in full color - $19,800.00
A motion was made by Richard Lai to accept no.2 - one map in full color - Motion on
and report- printed in black and one other Color. This motion was seconded by printed report.
Sam Caudill, and carried with all present voting in favor of it. '
The scope of services was then discussed - Mr. Walls said final draft not yet
submitted, and some of those present felt more time was needed for further study.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:20 PM by Chairman Walls.
