A special meeting of the City Council was called to order at 5:05 P.M. by
Mayor Barnard, with Councilmen Stapleton, Kuster, McEachern, Clymer, Administrator Leon
Wurl, and Provistonary City Attorney Janet Gaylord.
Renewal 3:2 Councilman Stapleton made a motion to renew Tom's Market's 3:2 Beverage
~ License Tom's Package License from February 4, 1966 to February 4, 1967 for Gary L. McFadden.

Administrator Wurl asked Council when they wished to have a ~eeting with
M & M Construction Company to discuss their final bill. It was decided to hold~ the
Meeting with MiM meeting with M & M on February 3rd at 5:00 P.M.
Discussed - Frozen Pipes and Street Paving. After considerable discussion
Street Paving & it was decided to have Administrator Wurl check out the paving of Center Street between
Frozen Pipes Hopkins and Hallam. Discussed tie-ins with old paving, was decided to conform new
widths with old paving. Discussed short section of storm sewer on Hopkins between
1st and 2nd to Center. Administrator Wurl to check out. Discussed - Raising the
well water 4 degrees to see its effect on frozen pipes.
Administrator Wurl to alert Police to trash on streets and being dumped at the
glory hole.
Administrator Wurl stated a problem existed between Bert Bidwell and Guido over
Guido's Sign Guido's Customer Parking Only sign. Council instructed Wurl to tell Guido to take down
his sign.
Councilman Stapleton made a motion to adjourn at 5:37 P.M., seconded by
Councilman Muster. Meeting adjourned with all Councilman in favor.
