Mayor Barnard called the Special Meeting to order at 5:20 P.M. with Councilmen
David Stapleton, William McEachern and city Administrator Leon Wurl.
Councilman Stapleton moved to authroize the Mayor and City Clerk sign the application Renewal
to 6kay the 3:2 license for renewal forPinocchio!s, but that the actual~approval 3:2 Pinocchic
of renewal will be confirmed at the next regular Council Meeting. Seconded by
Councilman McEachern. Roll call vote - Councilmen Staple ton aye; McEachern aye;
Mayor Barnard nay.
Mayor Barnard stated there is a disagreement between th~ Aspen Association and the
Chamber of Cormnerce over the space vacated by the Library in the Opera House. Dis-
cussed - to be brought up at next regular meeting.
There being no further business, all Councilmen in favor of adjournment at 6:15 P.M.
