McEachern, Clymer, Attorney Gaylord and City Administrator Wurl.
Administrator Wurl request approval from council on the fees for the golf course.

Councilman Stapleton made a motion to adopt the fees for the golf course. Seconded
by Councilman Clymer. Ail in favor, motion carried.
Meeting was called for further action relating to the status of the City Attorney.
Mayor Barnard stated there would be no comments from the floor at this meeting.
Councilman Stapleton made a motion the Mayor be authorized to advise the City Attorney
City Attorney to not attend any future Council meetings or Police Magistrates Court from here on
Status in her official capacity. Seconded by Councilman McEachern. Roll call vote -
Councilmen Clymer aye; McEachern aye; Stapleton aye. Motion carried.
There being no further discussion on the part of the Council, the meeting was
adjourned by Mayor Barnard at 3:55 p.m. with all Councilmen in favor.
