Meeting was called by the Mayor and all Councilmen for the purpose of considering
the 3.2 beer renewal for Pinocchio's.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Robert Barnard at 11:25 ~.m. with Councilmen
Pinocchio's Werner Kuster, John Ben~inghoff, Clyde Clymer and City Administrator Leon Wurl.
3.2 beer renewal
Report from Sanitarian Donald Koenig was submitted to Council relating there has been
much improvement and feel it would be proper to renew the license.
Discussed their u~tilitizing the 5' space between the Glen~ose Drug and Pinocchio~s.
Gary Luhnow stated Pinocchio's own only 2' of the space. Mr. Luhnow also stated in
the spring, which is the soonest the contractor can do it, plan to build storage space
in the 2' space.
Councilman Benninghoff made a motion to renew the license for 120 days subject to
permanent storage improvements .being completed. Seconded by Councilman Clymer. Roll
call vote - Councilmen Clymer aye; Benninghoff aye; Kuster abstain. Motion carried.
Councilman Kuster made a motion to adjourn at 11:35 a.m., seconded by Councilman
Benningho.ff. Ail in favor, meeting adjourned.
