Benninghoff, Clyde Cl~er for 5:00 p.m. to discuss a confidential matter relating to
the City. .~
Meeting was caller ~o order by Mayor Robert Barnard at 5:05 p.m. with CouncilmenCarl
Ber~an, John Benningoff, Administrator Wurl and City Attorney Albert Kern.
Council immediately went into executive session.
Council reconvened in special meeting session at 5:45 p.m. and adjourned with all in
favor,
