Mini Bus - Request was made the Administration p~roceed with investigating grann programs. Min Bus
Mail Delivery to be made a part of the next agneda for Council.
One-way Street Study - .It waa agreed the mall area is the key to parking, one.way streets One Wa~yStreets
etc. and this should be es.tablished first. Proceed~by asking the Planning and Zoning
Commission for recommendation.
Golf Course - Manager Wurl check with the school to see if they are still interested in Golf Course
pursuing investigation of the building since Mr. Meyer has dropped the law suit. If the
school is still interested, City Manager investigate another location for a pro shop.
Generally agreed to improve the existing 9 hole course by constructing traps, planting
trees, moving trees, etc. To be on the next Council agenda to provide for a master plan
for a 9 hole course at the present golf course.
Leased Parking Locations - Report was submitted. Agreed the mall area would have to be Leased Parking
defined prior to establishing parking locations.. ~ Locations
