Mayor Klanderud called the continued meeting to order at 3 :05 p.m. with
Councilmembers Torre, Johnson, DeVilbiss and Richards present. Also present were
Randy Ready, Scott Newman, Paul Menter, John Worcester and Kathryn Koch.
Councilman DeVilbiss moved to go into executive session at 3:05 p.m. pursuant to
c.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(a), purchase, lease or acquisition of property, the Isis Theatre;
seconded by Councilman Torre. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman DeVilbiss moved to come out of executive session at 3:40 p.m.; seconded by
Councilman Torre. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Torre moved to adjourn at 3:40 p.m.; seconded by Councilwoman Richards.
All in favor, motion carried.
