Mayor Klanderud called the special meeting to order at 4:10 p.m. with Council members
Johnson, Torre, Richards and DeVilbiss present. Also present were John Worcester,
Steve Barwick, Paul Menter, Scott Newman, Randy Ready and Kathryn Koch.
Councilman DeVilbiss moved to go into executive session at 4:10 p.m. pursuant to
C.RS. 24-6-402(4)(a) dicussion of acquisition of real property, the Isis theatre and one
other property; seconded by Councilman Torre. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Torre moved to come out of executive session at 4:50 p.m.; seconded by
Councilman DeVilbiss. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman Johnson moved to adjourn at 4:50 p.m.; seconded by Councilman Torre. All
in favor, motion carried.
