Aspen City Council

Mayor Klanderud called the meeting to order at 1 :25 with Councilmembers DeVilbiss,
Richards, Torre, and Jo1mson present. Also present were Steve Barwick, Jo1m Worcester,
Paul Menter and Kathryn Koch.
Councilman DeVilbiss moved to go into executive session at 1 :25 p.m. pursuant to
C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(a), real property acquisition to discussion purchase of the Isis theatre;
seconded by Councilman Torre. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilwoman Richards left the meeting at 2 p.m.
Councilman Torre moved to come out of executive session at 2:20 p.m.; seconded by
Councilman Jo1mson. All in favor, motion carried.
Councilman DeVilbiss moved to adjourn at 2:20 p.m.; seconded by Councilman Torre.
All in favor, motion carried.
