Enclosed please find an Authorization to Submit Land Use Application signed by Larry J. Brooks, on behalf of Aspen Arcade Limited, two (2) copies of the Condominium Map, a copy of the draft Condominium Declaration, and our check in the amount of $207.00 for the application fee.
