Re: Aspen Alps Condominium Amendment Map- Community
Development Department's Comments
1. Amend Title to say "(Number of Amendment) amendment to
Condominium Map of Aspen Alps West".
2. Reference Plat Note under the Title that states, " the purpose of this
plat is defined in the plat note.
3. All of the City Engineer's Comments must be reflected on the final set
of two mylar plats in addition tothe Community Development
Department's comments.
4. Obtain all signatures with the exception of the City Community
Development Director, City Engineer, and Pitkin County Clerk and
Recorder prior to submitting mylars to Community Development
Department.
