Show location of driveways so that we may determine if access easements are necessary. 4. Change City Engineer's signature block to Community Development Engineer's signature block. 5. Obtain all signatures with the exception of the City Community Development Director, Community Development Engineer, and Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder prior to submitting two (2) mylar copies to the Community Development Department.
