The four-plex at a 324 W. Hopkins has changed their addresses so that they all now have street
numbers. They are as follows: .
324 Unit D is now 320 W. Hopkins - Parcel/D Number 2735-124-52-015
324 Unit C is now 322 W. Hopkins - ParcellD Number 2735-124-52-014
324 Unit B is now 324 W. Hopkins - ParcellD Number 2735-124-52-016
324 UnitA is now 326 W. Hopkins - ParcellD Number 2735-124-52-013

I would just need to change one field on tl)e computer file and create 3
additional paper files so not really a big deal.
I would appreciate, however, if this does get approved and the addresses
. are changed that you associate a last name with the new address as our
files look a little confusing as to which unit is A, B, C, andD.

Dear Mr, Lindt,
I am writing at the request of my fellow owners at Shadowview Association regarding our
desire to have our four townhomes renumbered by the City, At our Annual
Condominium Meeting on July 26, 2000. a motion passed unanimously (all four owners
were present), for the Association to petition the City for this change,
At present our building is known as 324 West Hopkins with the individual town homes
being numbered A,B,C, and D. Over the years we have found this designation to be the
cause of confusion for delivery people and our visitors, not to mention potential danger
for emergency response, Even Apex Security personnel have trouble responding to the
correct unit.
It is our desire to have our units known as 320, 322, 324, and 326 West Hopkins
numbering from East to West. These numbers are available as our closest neighbors
are 312 on the East and 334 on the West. The timing is significant as we are in the
process of installing new gates and wish to number them accordingly.
To compensate the City of Aspen and it's personnel for the time and effort to accomplish
this request, a check in the amount of $480 is enclosed. We are deeply grateful for your
assistance with this project. Please let me know if there are further steps that must be
taken,

For us it will take time to go through the files and sort out and make new files for a right
addresses. otherwise there really isn't a problem, just let us know when we should change them.
