A ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A LEASE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, AND MOUNTAIN
RESCUE, ASPEN, INC. FOR THE PREMISES LOCATED AT LOT M, BLOCK 24,
CITY OF ASPEN FOR A TERM OF FIVE YEARS, AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council a lease
agreement between the City of Aspen and Mountain Rescue, Aspen,
Inc. for the premises located at Lot M, Block 24, City of Aspen
for a term of five years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That the City Council of the City of Aspen does approve the
lease agreement between the City of Aspen and Mountain Rescue,
Aspen, Inc. setting forth the terms and conditions under which
Mountain Rescue, Aspen, Inc. leases that premises located at Lot
M, Block 24, City of Aspen, from the City of Aspen, which
agreement is attached hereto and incorporated by this ordinance;
and does further authorize the Mayor, on the effective date of
this ordinance, to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of
Aspen.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or por-
tion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconsti-
tutional in a court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall
be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and shall
not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.

Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the //

Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
