A ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT
BHTWEEN THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, AND HAMBLETON, INC. d/b/a
SPORT STALKER SETTING FOR THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH
HAMBLETON, INC. PROPOSES TO PROVIDE CERTAIN SERVICES RELATIVE TO
THE OPERATION OF THE ASPEN MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE FOR A TERM OF
FIVE (5) YEARS AND DIRECTING THE MRYOR TO EXEGUTE SAID AGREEMENT
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ASPEN
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council an
Agreement between the City of Aspen and Hambleton, Inc., ~which
agreement sets forth the terms and conditions upon ~hich
Hambleton,'JInc. proposes to provide certain services relative to
the operation of the Aspen Municipal Golf Course for a term of
five (5) years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That the City Council of the City of Aspen does approve the
Agreement between the City of Aspen and Hambleton, Inc. d/b/a
Sport Stalker setting forth the terms and conditions under ~which
Hambleton, .Inc. ~will provide certain services relative to the
operation of the Aspen Municipal'Golf Course for a term of five
(5) years, ?hich agreement is attached hereto and incorporated
herein; and does further authorize the Mayor, on the effective
date of this ordinance, to execute said Agreement on behalf of the
City of Aspen.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or por-
tion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconsti-
tutional in a court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall
be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and shall
not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.
