A ORDINANCE APPROVING AN KQUIPMENT LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, AND ~JINCO LEASING CORP.,
SETTING FORTH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE LEASE OF A
PISTEN-BULLY SNOWCAT BY THE CITY OF ASPEN FROM~JINCO LEASING CORP.
AND DIRECTING THE M~YOR TO EXEGUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council an
Equipment Lease/Purchase Agreement between the City of Aspen and
'JINCO Leasing Corp. setting forth the terms and conditions for the
lease of a Pisten-Bully snowcat by the City of Aspen from'JINCO
Leasing Corp.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITYOF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That the City Council of the City of Aspen does approve the
Equipment Lease/Purchase Agreement between the City of Asjpen and
rJINCO Leasing Corp. providing for the lease of a Pisten-Bully
snowcat by the City of Aspen from~JINCO Leasing Corp., which
agreement is attached hereto and incorporated hereid; and does
further authorize the Mayor to execute said Agreement on behalf of
the City of Aspen.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or por-
tion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconsti-
tutional in a court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall
be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and shall
not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the ~

Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
