WHE~, the ~istoric Preservation Commit2ee has recommended
~he Ct~ council that certain st~uc2ures be designated as hiskoric and
a suffix o~ uH~ be a~tache~ ~o ~he zon[n9 o[ ~ese p~ope~2ie~ and ~he
~eal estate records; and
WHERE., these structures are listed in the 1980 Inventory of
Historic Sites and Structures for the City of Aspen, ~lorado; and
WN~, the owners of ~ese properties have r~uested designation
through written replies to the Planning Office; and
W~E~, ~e Historic Preservation Committee has reviewed these
sites and/or structures based on the guidelines and standards in
Section 24-9.3 of ~e Aspen M~ici~l Code and fo~d th~ to be worthy
of historic designation.
