A ORDINANCE APPROVING AN EQUIPMENT LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, AND GELCO MUNICIPAL
SERVICES, SETTING FORTH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE LEASE OF
VARIOUS EQUIPMENT (SPECIFIED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED) BY THE CITY
OF ASPEN FROM GELCO MUNICIPAL SERVICES AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ASPEN;
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council an
Equipment Lease/Purchase Agreement between the City of Aspen
and Gelco Municipal Services setting forth the terms and condi-
tions for the lease of various equipment by the City of Aspen
from Gelco Municipal Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That the City Council of the City of Aspen does approve the
Equipment Lease/Purchase Agreement between the City of Aspen and
Gelco Municipal Services providing for the lease of various
equipment by the City of Aspen from Gelco Municipal Services,
which agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein; and
does further authorize the Mayor to execute said Agreement on
behalf of the City of Aspen.
Section Z
If any section, subsection, sentence, clauses phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional in a court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and shall not affect the validity of the remaining
portions thereof.
Section 3
A public hearinf on the ordinance shall be held on the ~
day of ~~ , 1985, in the City Council Chambers,
Aspen Ci~y Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
