HomeMy WebLinkAboutordinance.council.060-85AN ORDINA)~CE RECOGNIZINf~ GENERAL FU'MI> ~,}"~??"!!!~,~- RIATING GENERAL FUND EXPENDI~UREf{ OF $107,700 $2,500 FROM THE LAND FUND 9.'0 9>~E GENERAL $3,500 PROM THE ~LL FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND; WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter, the City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and WHEREAS, the City ~anager has c~rtified that the City has unappropriated current year revenues available for appropriation in the General Fund; Land Fund; and Mall Fund; and WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain expendi- tures, revenues and transfers must be approved, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 Upon the City Manager's certification that there are current year revenues available for appropriation in the General Fund, Land Fund, and Mall Fund, the City Council hereby makes supplemental appropriations as itemized in Exhibit "A" attached. Section 2 If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion thereof. Section 3 A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the day of __~~, 1985, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
