AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING ASSET REPLACEMENT FUND REVENUE OF
$96,000.00 AND APPROPRIATING ASSET REPLACEMENT FUND EXPENDITURES
OF $96,000,00;
WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter,
the City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that the City has
unappropriated current year revenues available for appropriation
in the Asset Replacement Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain expendi-
tures, revenues and transfers must be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Upon the City Manager's certification that there sre current
year revenues available for appropriation in the Asset Replace-
ment Fund, the City Council hereby makes a supplemental appropri-
ation in the amount of $98,000.00.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional in a court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and shall not affect the validity of the remainin6
portions thereof.
Section ~
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the ~
day of ~ , 1985, at the Aspen Community
Center, 0100 Lone Pine Road, Aspen, Colorado.
