( Series of 1984 ) AN ORDINANCE R~ECOGNIZING GENERAL FUND REVENUE OF $3,600~ APPROP- RIATING GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES OF $68~100; APPROPRIATING ASSET REPLACEblENT FU~,~D EXPENDITURES OF $11,450; APPROPRIATING CAPITAl, PROJECT - WHEELER AND OPEN SPACE FUND EXPENDITURES OF $4~6,800; APPROPRIATING WATER FUND EXPENDITURES OF $2,700; APPROPRIATING iCE GARDEN FUND EXPENDITURES OF $1,100; APPROPRIATIN.'G SMUGGLER SPECIAL ASSFS~NENT FUND EXPENDITURES OF $33,050; WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter, the City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has ceruified that the City has unappropriated current year revenues avaitabe for appropriation in the General Fund; Asset Replacement Fund; Capital Projects - Wheeler and Open Space Fund and Ice Garden Fund; and prior fund balances available for appropriation in the Smuggler Special Asse~3ment Fund and Water Fund; and WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain expenditures must be recognized and approved, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN~ COLORADO: Upon the City Manager's certification thac there are current year revenues available for appropriation in the General Fund~ Asset Replacement Fund, Capital Projects - Wheeler and Open Space Fund and Ice Garden Fund, and pr~or fund'balances available for appropriation in the Smuggler Special Asse~ment Fund and Water Fund, the City Council hereby makes supplemental apprcpriations as itemized in E×hibit "A" attached. ~_e_q.t '[ o n 2 If any sectienr subsection, sentence, cl'ause, phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such hol~Sing shall not affect the validity of the remaininf~ portions RECORD,OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves Section 3 A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the in the City Council Chamber, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
