AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING GENERAL FUND REVENUE OF $2~100~ APPROPRI-
ATING GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES OF $8,800; TRANSFERRING $20~000
FROM THE LAND FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND; APPROPRIATING ELECTRIC
FUND EXPENDITURES OF $4~000;
WHEREAS~ by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter~
the City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that the City has
unappropriated current year ~evenues available for appropriation
in the General Fund; Land Fund; and Electric Fund;
WHEREAS~ the City Council is advised that certain expenditures~
revenues and transfers must be approved~ and
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are current
year revenues available for appropriation in the General Fund~
Land Fund~ and Electric Fund, the City Council hereby makes
supplemental appropriations as itemized in Exhibit "A" attached.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence~ clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate~ distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall no= affect the validity of the
remaining portion thereof.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the
.... ~ __ day of ~~ 1984, at 5:00 p.m. in the
City Council Chamber, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
