("Newvector") for approval of a fourth antenna on the Mill Street Plaza Building. I apologize for the delay in sending the requested information necessary to conclude this matter. As requested, we have revised the isometric view of the building (Exhibit B, August 4 letter) to depict the proposed fourth (No. 4 on drawing) antenna and its relationship to the existing three (Nos. 1, 2 and 3 on drawing) antennas. As previously stated and agreed, the new antenna would be a maximum of 10 feet in height and be placed a maximum of 8 feet north of the existing (most northerly) antenna. It would be painted matte black and, like the others, would not be attached with guy wires or additional supports. We have also included a check for $50.00 for the HPC exemption.
