Chairman, Steve Buettow called the Design Review Appeals Commission meeting
to order at 5:05 p.m. He explained to the applicant, Charles Cunniffe, if only 3
members were present; all 3 had to vote favorably in order for the motion to pass.
There was discussion of what could be passed in part or in whole.
As the only member present, Buettow continued the meeting to Tuesday, September
22, 1998 at 4:15 p.m. (if possible) or to the date certain of Thursday, October 8,
1998 at 4:00 p.m.
Meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
