Dear Mr. Adeh,
I am working with an architect, Steve Buettow, who is designing a
garage for my home at 13 Alice Lane within Aspen City limits. After
talking to the city engineer, it was suggested that I write the following to
you in the hopes that another survey would not be required.
I bought my home in 1995 at which time it was surveyed by Aspen
Survey Engineers Inc.. I have been the owner since that date and have not
changed the configuration of the home ( the footprint ) by adding to it
since I purchased it. I have not conveyed any easements.
Mr Buettow will be submitting the garage proposal with the 1995
survey,if this is possible, shortly and I have sent him a copy of this letter.
